We're two days from National Signing Day, and that also means the start of spring practice is just around the corner. Starting with the ACC, here's a look at the start dates for all 120 FBS teams plus the overriding problem each program must deal with during spring drills.[details]
A big, long-armed defensive lineman who showcases a good initial step off the ball, Morgan gets up the field quickly. He's done a great job improving his flexibility in his stance and his footwork off the ball. He consistently takes a positive first step when attacking up the field. Morgan is physical on contact and uses his long arms and lateral quickness to disengage on either side of opposing linemen when making his way toward the quarterback. He showcases impressive body control and has the ability to slide-step blocks inside, drop his shoulder and fight toward the ball. He lacks elite speed off the edge, but his combination of burst, power, length and quickness make him tough to block. He has a good pad level vs. the run game and has the ability to fight his way through blocks and hold the point of attack. Morgan still needs to improve his overall instincts as he struggles to consistently find the ball. He will work himself out of plays. However, his physical skill set might be the best in the country.
