Safety Anthony Scirrotto had a productive career at Penn State and was named All-Big Ten by conference coaches this past season. But he didn't get an invitation to the NFl Scouting Combine, and he wasn't the only recognizable name left out. Get the scoop on that and more inside Monday with Mike.[details]
The Good: Displays excellent burst and quickness off the snap for his size. Has the frame and girth to play as a traditional tight end at the next level. Is a flexible athlete with impressive top-end speed for his size and does a nice job sinking his hips and bursting out of his breaks. Is a natural pass catcher who knows how to work the middle of the field. The Bad: Lacks great pop at the point of attack and doesn't showcase the ability to drive defenders off the ball. Lacks base strength and has a tendency to drop his head, causing him to lose vision and whiff on blocks.
