Wednesday Notebook: Camp comes to a close

Training camp officially came to a close on Wednesday. The Scarlet Knights will welcome two off-days to rest up from the rigors of the first three weeks of practice. Here's a quick glimpse into the final morning of camp.

Offense looking good

The offensive surge that was set into motion in the latter part of the 06' season has snowballed through the summer. Head coach Greg Schiano has been very pleased with the performance on the offensive side of the ball.

"I think the offense is really doing well," said Schiano. "I thought Mike [Teel] and Kenny [Britt] had a very good camp. Tiquan [Underwood] had a good camp and so did Timmy [Brown]until he got hurt. Pedro [Sosa] and [Jeremy] Zuttah had a good camp. Mike Fladell was steady. Ray [Rice]was very good as was Jack Corcoran. The first unit had a good camp."
