The Good: Burton could develop into a playmaker as a receiver or return specialist. He has the quickness to get off the line and the leaping ability to go up for a catch. His ability to run after the catch has earned high grades from pro scouts. He has the elusiveness to make defenders miss and can turn underneath routes into long gains.
The Bad: Burton must get stronger to beat NFL cornerbacks consistently. He has a history of injuries. Although Burton has soft hands, he drops easy passes too often. He needs to run better routes and must learn to come out of his breaks more quickly.
