Pros: Orr has been timed under 4.4 seconds in the 40-yard dash by pro scouts. He has a big, athletic frame. He displayed sure hands and good body control that allowed him to become an early playmaker. He has the separation speed to get deep and hit the home run. He has good body control and leaping skills. Cons: Playing in a run-oriented offense, he has been slow to progress in the finer points of the position. His route-running needs work - especially at the break point. His understanding of pass coverage needs development. He must get stronger not only to beat the jam, but also so that he does not get pushed off his routes. Numbers: As a senior he caught 40 passes for 688 yards (17.2-yard average) and eight touchdowns. In five starts a junior he caught just 13 passes for 177 yards and three touchdowns. At the Combine he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.44 seconds with a 35½” vertical jump and a 9’11” broad jump.
