Since his first head coaching job at Toledo in 1990, Nick Saban has coached All-Americans at every position but three. Ever wonder what they would look like together? Here's the All-Saban Team: [details]
The Good: An instinctive runner with good vision and patience at the line of scrimmage. Runs with good power and pad level between the tackles and can wear down opponents. Displays smooth footwork and lateral mobility. Is a slasher in and out of his breaks; makes one cut and attacks up field. The Bad: Needs a bunch of carries to be effective. Lacks elite size or speed for the position, and there isn't anything special about his play. A bit raw as a receiver and lacks the shiftiness to consistently make defenders miss in space.
