The Good: The big rangy senior cornerback made a successful return to the field for the 2007 season after dealing with knee injuries the past two springs. He is a well-built athlete who combines height, speed, quickness, body control and toughness. He has good speed to recover in the deep game and the quickness to break on the ball in the shorter patterns. He can be a physical defender who can jam the receiver off the line and compete for the jump ball situations.
The Bad: He does not show that physical game in run support, though he is a reliable tackler. He can struggle to recover if beaten early on the down.
