The Good: A tall, long-armed lineman with good overall muscle tone and good power in his upper body. Does a nice job extending his arms and disengaging from blocks on the outside. Has a much better first step than given credit for and shows some shiftiness once engaged. Does a nice job at the point of attack vs. the run and consistently can hold the edge. The Bad: Lacks a great first step off the edge and isn't real fluid or laterally gifted in space. Lacks the balance or body control to be sudden on his outside move and at times gets too high in his pass rush.
