One of the real tests for scouts and NFL scouting departments across the nation is their ability to locate small-school talent and uncover possible hidden gems throughout the draft process. Running back Rashad Jennings may be the best of the bunch this season.[details]
The Good: An athletic center who displays some explosiveness to his game. Slides well in pass protection and showcases an ability to get outside on pulls and create run lanes at the second level. Redirects well in pass protection and exhibits smooth, balanced footwork. Plays low with natural leverage and punches and re-coils as quickly as any center in the class. The Bad: Is a bit undersized for the position and may need to add weight, which could affect his athleticism. Needs to add more power and strength to his base. Will be unable to get much movement in the run game at the next level with his current lower body strength.
