The Good: Rivers is a well-built athlete with a strong frame, long arms and the mobility to become an every-down NFL defender. He played outside at USC but could also play inside in the NFL. He has excellent instincts and is an extremely consistent player and outstanding competitor that rank him at the top of this class.
The Bad: He can struggle with big linemen at the point of attack and needs to anchor better and improve his strength and hand technique to compete when lined up over a tight end or tackle.
