Four years ago, we ranked the top twenty-five Virginia Tech athletes playing professional. The list featured then Denver Broncos receiver Eddie Royal at the top of the list and included anyone from Brandon Flowers to Joe Saunders to Ace Custis. Today, we update the list with plenty of changes. [details]
The Good: This physical receiver showed big-play ability during his college career. He has shown fine separation speed and leaping ability. He has big hands and moves well for a player of his size. He is fearless going across the middle and has the toughness to hang on to the ball after taking a hit.
The Bad: Morgan has struggled with dropped passes, concentration lapses and nagging injuries while at Virginia Tech. Morgan needs to improve his footwork. He needs extensive discipline in his route running. He has been labeled as an underachiever. His blocking is average at best.
