Moevao hits his stride during the fourth week of drills
With bizarre April weather still hitting the Willamette Valley, the Oregon State football team went back indoors to begin week four of the spring slate. Inching its way closer to its annual spring game, the Beavers had a much more controlled atmosphere after Friday's eventful practice.
Lyle Moevao returned to practice after missing one, and the defense in the nick of time began making plays at the end of the afternoon. At conclusion, Monday's practice was very laid back but still vital in making progress during the offseason. Here is what I witnessed at the Merrit Traux Center today:
Maybe missing a practice is what Moevao needed, as the junior commander had one of his best days of the spring. While the occasional pass got away from him at times, he still went on to make some of his most impressive throws so far this spring.
