On The Line: KSU has experience on its defensive line. The two ends - Moses Manu (6-2, 260) and Rob Jackson (6-4, 259) are both seniors. They've combined for 41 tackles, including 8.5 behind the line of scrimmage. Senior Clayton Cox (6-3, 236), a former walk-on, has also been solid performer as a back-up at right end. The Wildcats' nose tackle is junior Brandon Balkcom (6-0, 266). He's recorded 14 stops in 2007.
Linebackers: Junior strongside linebacker Ian Campbell (6-4, 249), an All-Big 12 Conference selection in 2006, is having another banner season with 7.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage (2.5 sacks), an interception and four fumble recoveries. Senior middle linebacker Justin Roland (6-0, 245) is second on the team in tackles with 58. He's picked off three passes.
