Poway (Calif.) tight end Ryan Deehan is rivaling avocados and sunshine as San Diego's most valuable commodity.

At 6-foot-5, 220-pounds, Deehan has received visits from almost a dozen college coaches this month, with Cal, Texas A&M, Colorado and Arizona State all offering the All-CIF selection scholarships.
