RebelGrove.com Last spring every Ole Miss fan was asking the question who is Seth Adams?
This summer, the big question among Rebel fans is where is Brent Schaeffer. With the proclaimed starter for the fall still a no show, Adams, who won the job in the spring, has maintained focused on the issues at hand.
"We only worry about things that we have control of," Adams said. "Everyone tells us he is going to be here, but I'm preparing as if I'm going to be the starter against Memphis. One advantage Adams has had this summer is getting the opportunity to throw to the incoming group of freshmen wide outs and all the other receivers during voluntary 7-7 drills.
"Coach (Ed) Orgeron recruited some great talent in this incoming class," Adams said. "The ones that really standout so far to me are Dexter (McCluster), Shay (Hodge), Kendrick (Lewis) and Allen (Walker). Dexter is do darn fast and Kendrick runs really great routes."
