Razorback defense in good shape
The veterans practiced but left the field early to do some extra conditioning during Monday's second practice inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, and the newcomers got some extra work at the end.
"Coach Petrino's a big believer in that," UA special teams coordinator John L. Smith said. "The young guys and getting them better. Making sure they know they're a part of it. They're not just out there as a dummy, they're out there to play the game. And we're going to teach you to play the game, and eventually you are going to play in the game. It may not be this moment, but it'll happen."
Wilson keeping steady
